Return & Refund Policy
All returns must be initiated within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, etc (if applicable) to qualify for a refund.
To return an item, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address we will provide to you.
Important note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Your are responsible for ensuring that we receive the the return. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. If the package is lost / damaged during the shipping, we may not be able to exchange or refund your order.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items are not in original condition
- Any custom/engraved/personalized items
For defective or damaged products, please contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery.
PACKAGE RETURNED DUE TO REFUSAL, UNCLAIMED OR WRONG ADDRESS
If you refuse the package without our permission, or if the parcel returned to us due to unclaimed or incorrect address, all shipping costs will not be refunded to you, and if the shipping company charges us an additional shipping fee for the returned package, we will deduct this amount from your refund. In addition, your refund will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
REFUND OF NON RECEIVED PARCEL
If you have not received the package after the estimated delivery date, please contact us for more information and assistance. If you have not received the package 30 days after the estimated delivery time shown on the order, we will issue a full refund of your order to you. If the tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered, but you still have not received the package, we are not responsible for any loss, but you may contact the shipping carrier for more information and help.
We do not refund any shipping costs, including the original shipping cost (the shipping cost you paid to us to ship the item) and the return shipping cost (the shipping cost you paid to return the item to us).
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
